An enterprise IT services company ran a 12-year-old monolith on aging on-premise servers. Deployments took 3 days, the system experienced monthly outages, and infrastructure costs were unsustainable.
Our Solution
AhaNova executed a phased migration: first containerizing existing services, then decomposing to microservices using domain-driven design, migrating to AWS EKS with full IaC via Terraform, and building zero-downtime blue-green deployment pipelines with Grafana observability.
