COVID-19 Rapid Test Reporter

Emergency-deployed multilingual mobile app for digital SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test reporting, used across 3 countries in 5 languages, processing 50,000+ results in the first month.
The Challenge
During the COVID-19 surge, a global health NGO needed to digitize antigen test reporting across field clinics in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka — in weeks, not months.
Our Solution
We delivered a Flutter app supporting 5 languages with offline-first architecture. Health workers scan test kit QR codes, log results, and GPS-tag reporting sites. Encrypted results sync to a central epidemiology dashboard. Designed for entry-level Android devices.
